Delete your account
LevelUp Life, by Martynas Samauskas. You can delete your account and the data stored with it from the app, or request deletion here without reinstalling the app.
Request deletion by email
Send the account email you used to sign in (Apple, Google, or email and password). We delete the account and the cloud data linked to it within 30 days and reply to this address.
This opens your email app with a message to realleveluplife@gmail.com. Subject: Delete My Account.
Delete it inside the app
- Open LevelUp Life and sign in.
- Open the More tab.
- Tap your profile card at the top.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
On the same screen, Export My Data downloads a copy first. Reset All Data clears progress stored only on this device and does not delete a cloud account.
Before you delete
- Cancel an active subscription yourself. Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Web checkout: the billing email from Stripe. Deleting the account does not always stop a store subscription.
- Deletion is permanent. Level, missions, streaks, friends, and AI coach history linked to the account are removed within 30 days.
- Apple, Google, and Stripe may keep their own payment records where the law requires it. We never store your card number.
- A proof photo you posted while signed in is deleted from our servers with the account. A photo that never left the phone is removed with Reset All Data or by uninstalling the app.
