By creating an account, accessing, or using LevelUp Life, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
• You agree to our Privacy Policy
• You are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if 13–15 in the EEA)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LevelUp Life is a gamified self-improvement web application that helps users build better habits through:

• Personalized assessments and stat tracking
• Daily missions and challenges across multiple life areas
• Progress tracking with XP, levels, and achievements
• Social features (friend challenges, leaderboards) — optional
• AI-powered coaching and recommendations
• Customizable cosmetics and rewards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. If we discover that a user under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has used the Service should contact us at samauskasnojus@gmail.com.

Account creation is optional. You may use LevelUp Life without an account (local-only mode). If you choose to create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting or abusing the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use automated scripts, bots, or exploits to manipulate game mechanics, XP, or leaderboards
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through social features
• Post or share content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these rules, including account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service (such as display names, profile information, and proof photos for missions).

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. We are not liable for any user-generated content and reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation) are owned by LevelUp Life and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes

Open-source libraries used in the Service are subject to their respective licenses.

LevelUp Life offers both free and premium ("Pro") tiers. If you subscribe to Pro:

• You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings or by contacting us
• Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro features until the end of the current billing period

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card or banking details. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

• We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service
• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• You have the right to access, export, and delete your data (GDPR/CCPA)
• You can use the Service without an account (local-only mode) for maximum privacy
• Cookie usage is minimal and non-tracking — see our cookie consent banner for details

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

LevelUp Life is a motivational and organizational tool, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• LevelUp Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for any loss of data, game progress, or achievements resulting from service interruptions, bugs, or account deletion

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LevelUp Life and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
• Any content you submit or share through the Service
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• Minor changes: Updated without notice. Check the "Last updated" date at the top.
• Material changes: We will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
